However, heating cables are generally used in oil wells with high wax content. At first, oil wells in some areas of Daqing Oilfield were blocked from producing oil due to high wax content. Heating cables were also used in oil wells with high viscosity in the later period. The cable is three-core, its purpose is to make the power supply circuit three-phase balance, the cross section is 6mm2, the voltage is 0.6/1kV, the long-term working temperature of the cable is 90 ℃, the ambient pressure is not more than 250kg/cm2, and the outer diameter of the cable is not more than 16.0mm. With the application of heating cables, the central sucker rod of the kowtowing machine produced by Jilin is changed to a hollow tube, and the heating cable is fixed in the sucker rod of the kowtowing machine, which facilitates the use of the heating cable. The use of heating cables in oil fields is in the ascendant, from three-core to single-core. This is a very promising variety, if each kowtow machine is equipped with heating cables, the number is very considerable. In addition, the cable and logging cable structure is similar, but the cross-section is larger, can also be used for perforation, note that can not be tested on the disk.

All in all, oil cables are of great significance both in terms of the development of cable manufacturers and in terms of helping the development of China's oil industry. At present, in view of the current situation that there are few domestic enterprises specializing in R & D and production of oil cables, some powerful large enterprises may wish to pay more attention to and make more efforts in oil cables, so as to better serve the oil industry while expanding the market.
