Due to the needs of the company's development, with the approval of Changzhou Wujin District Administration for Industry and Commerce, our company changed its original company name from August 15, 2013. The original "Changzhou Xinniu Cable Co., Ltd." was changed to "Jiangsu Xinniu Cable Co., Ltd." and the account number and tax number of the original bank will remain unchanged.
From now on, all internal and external documents, materials, invoices, account numbers and tax numbers of the company will use the new company name. After the company is renamed, the business entity and legal relationship remain unchanged, the original contract signed continues to be valid, and the original rights and obligations and business relationship remain unchanged.
