At the meeting, Deputy Director Wang Na stressed the importance of joint supervision and spot checks, pointing out that this work is conducive to promoting the integration of inter-regional inspection qualifications and finding out the quality problems of enterprises, so as to provide decision-making for regional quality improvement. Deputy Director Wang Na also reported the results of the national joint supervision and spot check in 2014 and interpreted the key contents of the joint supervision and spot check in 2015. Wang Guobing, head of the national joint supervision and spot check review team, and Tong Haiyan, deputy head of the Anhui Provincial Quality Inspection Institute, respectively reported the review points, case analysis, matters needing attention in wire and cable joint spot check and the spot check results in 2014.
In order to continuously improve the standardization and fairness of the joint supervision and random inspection work, the meeting issued the "joint supervision and random inspection training materials" and the competitive selection mechanism. Xu Feng, deputy director of Wuxi Quality Inspection Center, also participated in the compilation of "Joint Spot Check Training Materials" as a member of the expert group. At the meeting, representatives of various institutions exchanged speeches on normative and technical issues in wire and cable spot checks, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the plan description compiled by the training materials for joint spot checks.
